Road Traffic Accident

A woman who suffered minor brain damage and whiplash in a road traffic accident has been awarded more than £180,000 in compensation.

The woman, who had a pre-existing back condition that was worsened by the accident still lives with the effects of her injuries.

She now regularly suffers from fatigue, memory loss, and headaches and has problems with her concentration. Her injuries have meant she is no longer able to work a full-time job.

Her compensation claim lasted for almost three years before her injury lawyers managed to secure the £180,000 payout in a settlement.
