Repetative Strain Injury - With the huge rise in the number of computers used by firms nationwide it was inevitable that the number of RSI (repetitive strain injury) compensation claims would rise with it.

Uninsured Motorist - This of course leaves a large gap of £100 to £750 in some cases which you will have to pay yourself.

Fall Accident - A slip, trip or fall can happen anywhere and generally it may be unclear who is reponsible for your injuries.

Motor Insurers Bureau - If you or your property have been damaged by an uninsured driver, or if you are the victim of an untraced driver (i.e. hit and run), you do have a few avenues from which to seek recompense.

Whip lash Compensation - Symptoms of whiplash injuries don't normally appear right after an accident.

Accident at Work Claim - To claim for a work related injury you will need some evidence that you injuries are the result of an accident or working practice in your workplace.

Clinical Negligence - For such you need to show medical negligence, i.e. the doctor, nurse, dentist or other health care professional has done something that most other people in their position would not have done.

Criminal Injuries - A common misconception is that the C.I.C.A. will pay you money if you are a British Citizen who is a victim of crime abroad.

Repetitive Strain Injuries - The largest contributor to the repetitive strain section of work compensation claims is poor research into counter-measures by employers.

Uninsured Driver - Firstly if your home or car have been damaged by another motorist you can claim from your own house or motor insurance policy.

Fall Accidents - If you slip on a pavement or road is it owned and maintained by the council or by a private firm or individual?

Uninsured Drivers - Unfortunately these days many people are taking up the offers from their insurers to lower their policy cost by taking a much higher excess on the policy.

Whiplash Claim - It may be 12 hours or more before you actually begin to feel the effects and even then they are not normally at their worst on first appearing.

Accident at Work Compensation - This can be in the form of witnesses, employers logs, previous similar incidents, ambulance attendance at the scene plus many others.

Medical Negligence Claim - The fact that treatment has failed or an operation has gone wrong does not necessarily imply clinical negligence.

Criminal Injury Claim - Unlike most injury claims where both sides argue over how much an injury is "worth", as a government appointed, public funded organisation the Criminal Injury Board sets the rules and is pretty black and white.

Repetitive Strain Injury - If an employer requires you to spend eight hours a day sat at a desk working on a computer then it is their responsibility to ensure that all possible measures are taken to avoid repetitive strain injuries.

Uninsured Motorists - This may seem unfair but, as you can imagine, without a high level cut off point everyone with a shopping trolley car park ding would be making a claim and clogging up the system beyond fair use and the cost to the public would sky-rocket.

Car Accident Injury - Whether you're the driver, a passenger, a cyclist, on a motorbike or simply a pedestrian that has been involved in an accident on the UK's roads you should speak to a solicitor if you intend to seek compensation for your injuries.

Fall Injury - If you slip on a wet patch at work are you employers liable or is it the plumber who didn't fix the pipe properly?

Untraced Driver - Again a tough area in which to claim as the agency set up, the MIB, is independent and government appointed in as much as it mandatory for every UK insurance company to fund the organsation resulting in an average cost of £30 per year to each insured motorist.

Whiplash Injury - It may take a few months for the pain to completely go but you will only be compensated for the times that the pain stops you from really acting as normal.

Work Accident Claim - Then, it will have to be proved that the injuries were the liability of the employer, though this will be up to your solicitor to do you will be part of the process and should be aware that you will be giving evidence against your employer.

Medical Negligence Compensation - Some operations come with risks as do some medications.

Criminal Injury Compensation - Your ailments must be of a certain severity to qualify for compensating as they only have 25 levels of criminal compensation for which they pay out from £1,000 to £250,000.

Repetitive Stress Injury - Of course, this does mean that if they have taken all available steps to protect you and you still develop repetative strains then your chances of receiving compensation are quite low.

Road Traffic Accident - Remember to ask about charges at both ends of the case before signing anything, many companies tout "no win no fee" slogans but forget to mention the fees if you do win.

Slip, Trip or Fall - These are all questions that you will not be asked to investigate on your own.

Untraced Motorists - You will have a hard time finding a solicitor to represent you if the damage to your vehicle or property is under £1000 and you received no injuries during the crime.

Whiplash Compensation - It is fairly common for whip lash to display itself a good few days after trauma and the signs to look for are:

Work Accident Compensation - This is not normally as bad as it sounds, these days as health and safety in the work-place becomes more important to people, employers will generally welcome the one or two cases that can shape their work practices into avoiding much larger lawsuits in the future.

Medical Negligence Solicitor - Determining neglect is up to your solicitor and the group of medical consultants used for the case, it is not your burden.

RSI Claim - An employer must do all "reasonably possible" to protect you, that is all.

Untraced Drivers - Yes, £30 of your insurance policy goes directly to sorting out the mess left by those who don't feel the need to be insured themselves.

Whiplash Injury Claim - maximum time you should really expect the worst of the pain to last is one month.

Road Accident Claim - f you opted out of the legal insurance option (prices range from £40 to £90 per year for such) then all is not lost, most legal firms will be happy to take on your case anyway with no charge up front.
